Instituutilla on oma julkaisusarja Papers and Monographs of the Finnish Institute at Athens (PMFIA). Instituutin omien hankkeiden julkaisujen lisäksi sarjaan on liitetty myös instituutissa työskennelleiden tutkijoiden Kreikan kulttuurin eri aloihin liittyviä väitöskirjoja, konferenssien julkaisuja ja muita instituutin toimintaan liittyviä tutkimuksia.
