On 21–22 September, the Finnish Institute at Athens – together with the Swedish Institute at Athens, l’Université Paris I, l’Université de Bretagne-Sud and University of Thessaly – will organise an international symposium on the concept, expressions and experiences of ugliness in antiquity.
